Giorgio Colutta

Giorgio Colutta runs the Colutta Winery in Manzano (UD), which is housed in a historic 18th-century villa. The vineyards, most of which are located within the Parco della Vite e del Vino, have been renovated since 2016 and are SQNPI-certified. The estate primarily cultivates indigenous varieties such as Friulano, as well as international varieties. The production portfolio includes two lines and three sparkling wines. The wines are modern, light, and elegant. Colutta is one of the few Slow Wine producers.
