The Thausing family’s organic farm has been one of the oldest organic farms in Carinthia since 1980.
The selection includes multi-award-winning cold-pressed oils (flaxseed, hemp, walnut, and seed oil), naturally leavened sourdough breads, spelt baked goods, stone-ground flours, oilseeds, and vegan and gluten-free products
The process spans everything from growing the grain to cleaning it, through their own mill and bakery, all the way to sales. The Thausing family is known for providing the finest, first-hand food products. Baking classes are held regularly.
