Približno 46 razstavljavcev predstavlja svoje izdelke, od oljčnih olj, sira, tartufov, divjih zelišč, vin, ekološkega mesa, sladic in kave. Kulinarične točke, kot so GoriškaBrda, Osrednja Koroška in Furlanija Julijska krajina, so gostje in predstavljajo svojo raznolikost.
