Približno 46 razstavljavcev predstavlja svoje izdelke, med katerimi so oljčno olje, sir, tartufi, divje zelišča, vina, ekološko meso, sladice in kava. Gostujejo kulinarične destinacije, kot so GoriškaBrda, Srednja Koroška in Furlanija-Julijska Benetija, ki predstavljajo svojo raznolikost.
