Horst “Bimbo” Binder is a retired master gardener with a passion for preparing vegetables, fish, meat, and other delicacies on the grill and in the BBQ smoker. He is the team leader of the 1st Vitalgarten BBQ Club Carinthia and, in 2015, won gold in the “Homeland Cooking” category and bronze in the chicken category at the World Barbecue Championships in Gothenburg. He has competed multiple times in national and international competitions across Europe and served as a judge for the World BBQ Association.
