Werner Pock

Werner Pock is considered a Carinthian culinary legend—a title he has lived up to for decades in Austria’s top-tier gastronomy scene. As a multi-award-winning chef, he embodies artisanal precision, a deep connection to ingredients, and a cuisine firmly rooted in the Alps-Adriatic region. Pock is known not only for his culinary achievements but also for his extraordinary commitment off the stove: charity events, culinary festivals, and cooking shows for the community are all part of his work. For him, cooking is not a stage—but a way of life that he has demonstrated over decades.
