Klagenfurt the Christmas town at Lake Wörthersee

The wonderful old town of Klagenfurt with its colourful facades and romantic corners and courtyards whisks visitors along a variety of paths to places where the Christmas spirit comes alive.

The Christkindlmarkt on the central Neuer Platz in front of the town hall near the Lindwurm fountain – the landmark of the provincial capital – presents handicrafts, winter fashion, gift articles, Christmas decorations and also gastronomy with hot drinks and regional food to warm up and fortify yourself.
