Suzanne Bernhardt & Philipp Kolmann

Suzanne Bernhardt from Amsterdam studied art, while her partner Philipp Kolmann—a native of Klagenfurt—studied food design. Together they run Studio ERBA, which transforms herbs, heirloom fruit varieties, and fermented foods into surprising creations: shaved ice, syrups, and non-alcoholic aperitifs—bringing the forests, meadows, and orchards of Carinthia to life as a taste experience. At the “Alpen-Adria Food Labs,” they share stories about their products and the history behind them, and work with farmers to further develop products made from heirloom varieties.

Three presentations each day for three days: tasting included, products to take home.
